TLC Fabulous Cakes

Original Air Date – February 8th 2011 @ 10 pm EST.
Last weekend (Nov. 2010) the film crew from TLC’s show fabulous cakes came by the bakery to follow us around for three days while we decorated a beautiful cake for a wonderful event. And that’s about all the information we’re allowed to give until the show airs on February 8th @ 10pm EST and 9pm Central! So tune in!

Our episode, “Up Up and Away,” will be re-airing Feb 21st at 1pm.
Now that the show has aired we are allowed to post pictures of our fabulous cake. Below is a picture of our rubber ducky bathtub cake we made for a Spa Party for a group of girls going through treatment at Dana Farber Cancer Institute. My mom, from Hartford SD, just told me to watch you on TLC. My daughter is a budding cake-maker and she loves that show. She is excited to see someone who kind of in a roundabout way has a connection to her! Okay, so an extremely tiny connection but when you are 13, hey?! Congrats!

I’ve watched this episode on TLC. It really huge cake and I love it so much! With huge bath tab and duck! I really enjoy it! =]
